Your sales data never leaves your device.
Reseller Ledger turns your official eBay Transaction Report CSV into a clear, itemized ledger: net per order, fee breakdowns, and payout reconciliation — parsed and stored entirely on your own computer. No account connection, no uploads, no tracking.
Free. No ads, no account login, no data collection.
What it does
Import your own Transaction Report CSV from Seller Hub. Everything below runs locally.
Net per order
See eBay fees and payout itemized for every single sale, not just a lump-sum total.
Itemized fee breakdown
Understand exactly what eBay charged on each order — final value fee, per-order fee, and more, broken out line by line.
Payout reconciliation
Cross-checks what eBay actually paid you against what the report says you're owed. Mismatches are flagged in red, never hidden.
Monthly summaries
Roll your orders up into monthly totals so you can track trends over time without spreadsheet gymnastics.
CSV export
Export your summary data as a CSV whenever you want it outside the extension — for your own records or your accountant.
Desensitized sample export
Need to share a sample for troubleshooting? Export a desensitized copy — buyer identifiers hashed, amounts optionally perturbed — never your raw data.
One-click clear data
Wipe every imported record from local storage instantly, whenever you want. You own your data.
A Pro tier (cost-of-goods & true profit, multi-period merge, fee anomaly detection) is planned — the free version stays free.
How it works
Three steps, no account, no upload.
Download your CSV
Export your official Transaction Report from eBay Seller Hub — the same file eBay already gives you.
Import it into the extension
Open Reseller Ledger and load the file. Parsing happens entirely in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere.
See profit, fees & payouts
Instantly view net per order, fee breakdowns, payout reconciliation, and monthly summaries.
Privacy & trust
Your sales data never leaves your device — and we mean that literally, not as a slogan.
No network requests
The extension makes zero network requests. It doesn't connect to eBay, to us, or to any third party.
Runs locally, stores locally
Your CSV is parsed in your browser and stored only in your own IndexedDB. There is no server of ours it reports to.
No analytics or telemetry
No analytics SDK, no crash reporting, no tracking of any kind. No account login required.
storage permission, used to save your imported ledger data locally. It
requests no host permissions and injects into no web pages, including eBay's — it cannot
read or modify any site you visit. Full detail is in our
Privacy Policy.
Frequently asked questions
Is this affiliated with eBay?
No. Reseller Ledger is an independent, third-party tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. "eBay" is a trademark of eBay Inc., used here only to describe compatibility with its report format.
Does it do my taxes?
No. Reseller Ledger organizes and summarizes numbers from your own report file. It does not provide accounting, financial, or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for professional advice or eBay's own official statements. It simply helps you organize your records.
What if my report layout is different?
Reseller Ledger is built to eBay's published Transaction Report format. eBay may change that format over time, and unusual or older report variants may not be fully recognized. When the extension can't interpret part of a file, it flags the unrecognized columns rather than guessing — nothing is silently dropped. You can optionally export a desensitized sample and send it to us to help improve coverage.
Do I need to log in to eBay or connect an account?
No. You download the Transaction Report CSV yourself from Seller Hub and open it in the extension. There is no account connection, no API integration, and no login of any kind.
Do you store or see my data?
No. Everything runs locally in your browser's own storage. We don't operate a server that receives, logs, or stores your transaction data. See the Privacy Policy for the full technical detail.
Found a bug? Have an idea?
We read every email. If your report has a layout we don't recognize yet, a desensitized sample helps us improve coverage without ever seeing your raw data.
For coverage issues, consider attaching the desensitized sample export (see how it works) instead of your raw report — it helps us confirm and fix issues without seeing your real data.
