Getting started
- In eBay Seller Hub, download your official Transaction Report as a CSV.
- Open Reseller Ledger and import the CSV. Parsing happens locally, in your browser.
- Review the per-order table, payout reconciliation, and monthly summary.

Frequently asked questions
Does my data get uploaded anywhere?
No. All parsing and analysis happen on your device. Data is stored only in
your browser's local storage (IndexedDB), never sent to any server. The
extension requests only the storage permission and has no access
to any website, including eBay. See the Privacy Policy.
Do I need to log in or connect my eBay account?
No. There is no account, no login, and no eBay API connection. The extension reads a CSV file you download yourself.
The extension flagged columns it "doesn't recognize." What now?
Reseller Ledger is built to eBay's published Transaction Report format. If your report uses a different or older layout, the tool flags the columns it can't read instead of guessing — so you're never shown a confident but wrong number. Email the developer so coverage can be improved. To share your layout safely, use the desensitized sample export (buyer names and identifiers are replaced by irreversible hashes) rather than your raw report.
Why does a payout show a mismatch / red flag?
Reconciliation compares the sum of your order-level amounts against the payout figure in the report. A flag means those didn't line up — often due to refunds, adjustments, or a payout spanning a period boundary. It's a prompt to check that order, not necessarily an error in eBay's numbers.
Is this profit after my cost of goods?
Not in the free version. It shows net after eBay fees and payout. Cost-of-goods / true profit tracking is planned as a separate feature.
How do I delete my data?
Use the "Clear all data" control in the extension to remove everything stored locally, instantly. Uninstalling the extension also removes its local storage.

No. Reseller Ledger is an independent, third-party tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. "eBay" is a trademark of eBay Inc., used only to describe compatibility with eBay's report format.
